Live Call With a Seller – Possible Deal
This call starts with a seller calling me back after receiving a call from my VA on a Craigslist ad. He has a house and is advertising for a lease option, I figure out a way to negotiate his $6k upfront option consideration to $3k in order to give me room to make a wholesale fee.

Mike, thanks for posting that call from October 29′s session. I would have felt like I hit a road block with his asking price and when he gave his total amount to move in. It was very helpful to hear how you were able to explore the seller’s flexibility. Asking more questions seems to be a good technique and it can build rapport at the same time.
