Hi Mike. I’m having a hardtime finding a local title company for a farm list. I am in Atlanta. Thanks!

Hi Gina, you want to look for an investor-friendly title company or closing attorney, so I recommend that you talk to other investors in your local REIA and find out who they use for their closings. After you get a recommendation, call them up, introduce yourself and request a farm list.
